The top can be pulled down or up to adjust the height. It's about 5.5 inches / 140 mm when collapsed, and 7 inches / 180 mm when expanded.

The bag securely closes with a zipper, and has a loop cord on top, so that it can be attached to something else. Front of pouch has the character designs, the back is plain. The Darth Vader and Storm Trooper options have a background LEGO pattern on the back, the Mandalorian option is solid colors.
